He’s beloved. He’s Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. In Season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. His son David Zayas Jr.
Dexter Morgan: I lived in the dark for a long time
replaces his father in some shots, as the two look very much alike. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in Season 2, the scar moved to the right side, leaving his left side without a mark. Over the years, my eyes adjusted until the dark became my world and I could see.

Dexter is easily one of my favorite television shows of all time, and one of the few that I can watch in its entirety multiple times without getting bored. I can’t put into words how much I love this show. The only thing that’s not good about it is the ending.
Hall’s performance as Dexter
The ending was pretty lame, but that still doesn’t detract from how good this show is as a whole. You should watch this show just for Michael C. He’s amazing at it. If you haven’t seen this amazing show yet, just make sure you give yourself enough time because you’ll want to watch it as soon as possible.
