CIA agent Joe attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the spear in the agency’s war on terror. Real-life military advisors helped produce a more authentic execution of weapons handling, housekeeping, positioning, squad-based activity, etc.
Special Ops: Lioness had me hooked from the first episode
This is the next big series from the mastermind of Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone, 1923, 1883, Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, etc.). I would watch this series if I knew nothing other than that Sheridan created it.
Then add in the fact of all the star power that stars
Zoe Saldana, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, Michael Kelly, Laysla De Oliveira, etc. While this isn’t Sheridan’s best show, it’s still very entertaining and worth watching.
The only negative so far is that you have to wait a week between episodes
Yes, some of it is unbelievable, but if you can turn your brain off and enjoy it for what it is, you’ll have a great time watching it. I like it better when they release the entire season at once so you can watch it all in one go.
