The Jackal is seen driving a white Alfa Romeo Spider
Narrative
The Jackal is an elusive assassin who makes his living performing high-paying hits. He soon finds himself in the person of a stubborn British intelligence officer who follows him on an exciting cat-and-mouse chase across Europe. In The Day of the Jackal (1973), the Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an earlier model.
Lynch is completely wrong
Mentioned in Graham Norton and guests: Denzel Washington/Paul Mescal/Saoirse Ronan/Eddie Redmayne/Blossoms (2024). Her acting is poor. Why she was cast in this role when there are so many actresses who are better at it.
It puzzles me
Her character is not interesting, just another role of an obsessed agent. Eddie Redmayne can do it all, his range as an actor is impressive from stage drama, musicals, films. He never disappoints.
In this role, he is solid in everything he does
The plot is interesting and compelling…..funny how we cheer for The Jackal….Not for Agent MI6. The location of the series is impressive, and the plot is high-octane exciting. It can’t be compared to the original, it’s a worthy adaptation for our current times.
